Friday 30 September marked the 2022 Macmillan Coffee Morning and here at Eastwood Insurance Brokers, we were delighted to be a part of it.

Macmillan Cancer Support provide specialist health care, information and financial support to the 3 million people in the UK living with cancer.

Each year, people from all over organise their own Macmillan Coffee Morning – big or small, tea or coffee, sweet or savoury; whatever it looks like, it’s all in aid of an incredibly worthy cause.

But what did our Macmillan Coffee Morning look like here in Huddersfield? Think “proper coffee”, every sweet treat imaginable and a good old natter with colleagues!

Not only is it a fantastic fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer Support, it’s also an opportunity for different departments to put time aside within their busy schedules to enjoy some much-needed socialising.

We would like to offer our thanks to each and every person who contributed in some way – whether you baked it, faked it or scoffed it, the money raised will provide invaluable funding for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Even better, Eastwood Insurance Brokers matched the fundraising effort which brings the final total to £572.15.
